We are delighted with our new Make it in Wales venue in Cardigan, Stiwdio3. Those of you who have already visited us have told us how much you love what we have done here. We are obviously delighted! We will be running the majority of our Make it in Wales workshops here now and we have ‘mixed things up’ a bit for you.
Our gallery has been a hit with many local artists and we our working on building up our exhibitions for this year. If you would like to receive information on ‘what’s on’, please visit our pages regularly and sign up to our newsletter and specify that you would like news about forthcoming exhibitions. We are planning artists talks and a schedule will be published very soon. If you would like further information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Alongside our full day to four day workshops, we are now able to offer shorter courses. This enables you to have a taste of different processes to see whether you would like to learn more at a later date. Our new shorter courses, include lino cutting, mosaics, drypoint and floral workshops. We are working with our more local makers who provided these sessions, to bring you more of this type of course in 2019.
We are running a number of ‘drop in’ sessions which are free to attend. These currently include knitting and crochet but we are hoping to run similar drop in sessions in other crafts. Children’s workshops are also something we are looking into and we have a number of sessions running over the half term period.
We hope to see you soon at Make it in Wales @ Stiwdio 3.
