1. Booking a course
1.1 In order to book a course you must use the online booking form and pay online OR if you do not wish to pay online please email your booking request to email@example.com. After receipt of your email requesting a booking, we will phone you for your card details or you may pay by cheque.
1.2 The online booking form states whether there are places left on the course. If we are unable to offer you a place on the course of your choice we will add you to the course waiting list.
2. Make it in Wales rights and obligations
2.1 We reserve the right to change the venue, time, date, tutor or length of any course where such a change is necessary to facilitate the delivery of the course, or improve delivery.
2.2 We reserve the right to change the content or delivery of a course if necessary.
2.3 If we do not receive enough bookings to make a course viable to run (usually at least four bookings) we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course. In this instance, we will endeavour to transfer you to another course as detailed in section 3.
3. Course transfer/cancellation
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time and in the event of this happening we will contact you by email as soon as possible. If we cancel a course you can:
3.2 Transfer to another course or 3.3 You can request a full refund for any course fee or deposit you have paid.
3.4 If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us as soon as possible and confirming in writing.
4. Refund policy
4.1 If you cancel your booking within the cooling off period (14 days after receipt of payment for booking) you will receive a full refund.
4.2 If you cancel your booking no later than 6 weeks prior to the course start date we will refund all of the fee less the deposit for the course which is 25% of the course price.
4.3 We will not refund your course fee or your deposit if you cancel six weeks prior to the course start date, however we will endeavour to transfer you to another suitable course.
5. Accommodation, venues and food/beverages
5.1 Accommodation is provided by us when a course is described as residential and this accommodation would normally be provided at Bryn Berwyn Country House, Tresaith. All other courses described (one day, two-day courses) accommodation is not provided in the course fee and you will be expected to seek your own accommodation.
5.2 Venues for delivery change from time to time and all venue destinations will be provided on the online booking forms. You will be informed in writing of any venue changes.
5.3 Food and refreshments are normally provided for each course. If this is not the case then this will be stated on the bookings page for each course.
5.4 Please provide us with any dietary requirements in writing before attending the course.
6.1 We provide accessible accommodation and use venues (where possible) which are accessible to those with disabilities. Please indicate any concerns on booking, of any accessibility issues you may have.
7. Materials and equipment
7.1 Prior to the start of the course you will be given a detailed list of any materials and/or equipment which are needed for the course. The cost of such materials is not always included in the course fee and in some cases you will need to pay for extra materials in addition to the course fee.
