Bara Menyn Cardigan, SA43 1HA. An artisan bakehouse and café under one roof in one of Cardigan’s historic Custom House buildings. They bake organic sourdough daily and serve up a range of locally sourced breakfasts and lunches, home-made cakes and speciality coffee. They also have a garden and a licensed bar!

Bryn Berwyn Tresaith, SA43 2JG. Bryn Berwyn is situated in the beautiful coastal village of Tresaith. A spacious, luxurious property set in an elevated position with sea views. Make it in Wales workshops take place in the dining room. Turn a workshop into a holiday by staying at Bryn Berwyn!

Cardigan Castle Cardigan, SA43 1JA. Cardigan Castle reopened its doors in 2015 as a heritage attraction, restaurant, accommodation and events venue, after a £12m restoration project. Explore the medieval walls and castle remains. The 1176 restaurant has prime views looking out over the River Teifi.

Ceridwen Drefach Felindre, SA44 5XE. The Ceridwen centre is a welcoming holiday, training and retreat centre on an organic farm. Energy demands at the Ceridwen Centre are served by biomass, solar thermal and solar PV.  Experience their fabulous sunsets and abundant wildlife.

The Coach House St Dogmaels, SA43 3DX.  The Coach House is a heritage centre at St Dogmaels Abbey. There’s a lovely little gallery, shop and delicious café. Their exciting programme of events includes medieval day, Shakespeare in the Abbey, plant and craft fairs, concerts and a classic film club. It is also home to St Dogmaels’ famous local producers market. 

Ffwrn Fishguard, SA65 9HH. Ffwrn is a cool converted church, a wood fire bakery, bar, café, events and music venue. Enjoy delicious pastries and crêpes, regular DJ nights, poetry readings and talks.

Henllys Estate Llandovery, SA20 0EW. The gorgeous grade 2 listed Henllys Estate has over 30 acres of woods, a lake and a nature reserve. There are stunning views of the distant mountains and the warm and inviting atmosphere makes it a perfect place to learn and make.

Oriel Myrddin Carmarthen, SA31 1LH. Oriel Myrddin Gallery is the main publicly funded art and craft gallery for the south-west Wales region, presenting an ambitious contemporary programme of temporary exhibitions. Located in a listed Victorian building in the centre of Carmarthen, the gallery is pivotal to the cultural energy and identity of the town.

Pendre Art Cardigan, SA43 1JS. Pendre Art harmonise local artwork, creativity and good food to provide a unique dining experience which is both comfortable and relaxing.

Peppers Fishguard, SA65 9AE. Peppers is a jazz basement crossed with a fine dining bistro and art gallery. Artwork adorns the walls, curated by the West Wales Arts Centre with a dedicated gallery space covering two floors, with works from internationally acclaimed artists. Their cocktails are works of art too!

Pizza Tipi Cardigan, SA43 1EZ. A Fforest pizza restaurant on the banks of the River Teifi. Food, drinks, music and fun! Woodfired handmade pizza, salads & breads, cakes & bakes. Great coffee, local craft beers & wine in a riverside courtyard. Run by four brothers and their band of merry friends.

Ystrad Brechfa, SA32 7QW. Ystrad is a rural organic wool farm in the heart of the beautiful Brechfa mountains. Their products include organic wool and woven textiles, award-winning beef, hogget and mutton, and the most delicious Cothi Valley honey. Juliett is a wonderful chef too – serving up local, wholesome and delicious food.

The Warren Carmarthen, SA31 1PX. The Warren is Carmarthen’s newest bar/restaurant & live music venue. They serve up simple, honest & wholesome food with drinks to match. They’ve got a rooftop garden where they grow fresh ingredients and they host lots of exciting pop-ups – like our workshops!
